It's an app I use the most everyday. However, it starts having problems to receive messages recently. If someone messages me, I mostly got notification 20 minutes or more time after they sent me the message. The worst is, sometimes when they called on Wechat, my phone is not ringing at all. I hope the app developer can fix this promptly .

Appalled. Heard really good things about this app and when i got to use it briefly,it was great. Then it logged me out of the app for some reason and its been a nightmare since. Id forgotten my password so thought "no problem, I'll use the verificafion code process". Only to then find out they were telling me there had bren illegal activity on my account! I'd used it for barely 48 hours. Ridiculous. No way of contacting them or system is always busy when you request authentication. Terrible.

Very stupid sign up process, first what if i can't find anyone who has had a wechat account for over 6 months since I'm in the UK? And after someone verifying me, I clicked back to sign up and nothing happened. And why can they only verify me if they haven't verified anyone in the past month??!? Bold of you to assume i know lots of people who use wechat in England, and especially since I can't even go out during the pandemic. Seems like many also have the same problem.
