I had a really heartfelt experience using this communication application, and I feel like it can really bring people closer regardless of their opinions and differences. I'm really loving the stickers because it just feel so personal and relatable, and it touches you in some aspects. However, I am greatly disappointed in LINE because it fails to fix obvious bugs and glitches when support really should be looking into it immediately! It keeps blocking my profile and other media?

It is unfortunate that Line is so popular in some countries, such as Taiwan. Its almost necessary to use it. But it is an outdated pile of junk. It does not cache messages on the cloud. It does not allow you to transfer history between iOS and Android. And its very easy to get permanently locked out during phone transfer process. They offer essentially zero support. Time for this thing to be abandoned.

I tried transfering my old account and I could not receive any SMS or call whatsoever. So I created a new account. It started OK, but then after I added a few friends, I wasn't able to anymore – every time an 'unknown error' notification popped up. In addition to that, I couldn't send any messages, the people just didn't see them. It haven't stopped even after the app updated. So I decided to reinstall the app, and now it says that I can't verify the acc for 173 days...
