Ratings and reviews

This app used to be good. It won't always notify me when someone messages me. Over time, it also started taking too long to open. It tells other people that your Line ID is "not found." Even if it's the right ID it often refuses to find the other person. You can not share Line ID anymore with others as it won't always work. Sharing QR code can be difficult as some people don't know how to add people with the QR code link or image. Line app is not so reliable anymore. Please fix these issues.

The app is making it nearly impossible to transfer my old account to my newer phone and I don't have access to my old phone. When it tries to, it keeps saying an error occurred with no explanation as to why. My wifi and data are fine, and every other app I have run without issue. Customer service options are limited, and do not cover the issue I'm having and heaven knows if I'm going to actually have a human being respond to me. I just want to delete my old account and make a new one. :(

There's no save conversation or save all for pictures, and I'm not getting a notification at all now all of a sudden. It apparently also doesn't carry over conversations at all if you sign in on another device, which is stupid. Why is there not a select all with pictures to save? And why are conversations not all carried over if you download and sign onto something new? That's completely stupid. Edit: The fact that this chat app is over 13GB is insanely bad. Edit: 11/27/24 Chat not popping up.
