Ratings and reviews

Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. The subtitles won't display even when i try switching to different language subtitles. My internet connection is fine and video plays smoothly, but subtitles won't show up even though i have it enabled. I didn't have this problem until recently so I don't know what you guys did. I'm a paid VIP member,so it's frustrating that I spent money but didn't get the full service I'm entitled to. I'll change my ratings when you fix the subtitles issue.

You can found many cdramas to watch with good quality. However, I have a big problem while watching, the play features are a bit complicated to use. For example, I can't easily pause the video and have a hard time tapping if I want to stop the video to read the subtitles more clearly. Everytime the pause button disappears I really need to back the video for it to reappear again, it's a bit hassle. I don't know if I just don't know how to use it but I hope you can improve this feature.

This app is great, but what I don't like about it is; the ads. I mean, it's okay to watch ads, but the ads just take so long that I can't enjoy watching. Sometimes, the ads would play 4 times, it would take so so long too. The other thing is when I have a strong internet, it would take so long to play. When I press the 'refresh' button, it would take me back to the intro. And sometimes, the subtitles would randomly disappear. I appreciate it if u could fix it if u can, this app is good though!
