when it works, it's amazing. unfortunately, getting it to work is such a hassle it kinda ruins the mood. I've sent my partner the invite link over a dozen times and it just glitches out and won't connect us. we had it working once but after the recent update we can't seem to get it connected again. I wonder if something with the invite link is faulty? or maybe it's our phones? idk but I spent a good chunk of money on the sync lite and it would be great if I could actually get to enjoy it.

The app is very glitchy. Half the time it won't detect when we are both online, even sitting right next to each other. If it disconnects for a single second, it's another ten minute hassle to try and get it to reconnect and give back control of their toys. Unless control is taken from the person, honestly it should default to the last control giving during a "session" or at least fix the damn connection issues.

Unable to connect with partner. They see "offline" when I'm online and they show as "pending" when they've accepted the invite. We both work in tech and tried the uninstall/reinstalls, reboots, and any other basic troubleshooting efforts. I've never been able to use this toy long distance. Very disappointed but I remembered why it was shoved away and never used. Google Pixel 5, 7, and 9, and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
