Great content, disappointing support. I switched from Android to Apple and asked if there was any way to transfer my subscription or receive a courtesy discount to avoid paying twice through different app stores. The response was basically that nothing could be done. While Apple and Google handle billing separately, many companies still try to help loyal customers in these situations. The app is good, but the support experience felt inflexible and not customer-focused.

Like many others are complaining, the app does not always work. I'm still with the free version and will not invest until it's fully fixed, if ever. I find it odd that the developer that finally convinced me that hypnosis works, would put out an app that does not. I will find it even odder if I start purchasing other developers hypnosis audio, without having this full app first!

I love the hypnosis tracks. The new app features (like 4 he sleep sessions) are great. App layout could use some polish. The gray text on the hypnosis tracks is too close to the blue, it is hard to read. I am sure the 4 hr sessions will have better descriptions, right now it is mostly copy and paste. The home page feels busy and cramped, the desc text is too close to the button edges. I probably would have made it a grid with info icons or made those buttons accordions that would expand.
