"Welby My Medical Record ONC" is a free app that supports the treatment of cancer and blood disease patients. In addition to providing timely information based on the ``type of cancer, blood disease'' and ``medication'' you have registered, you can also record symptoms that you should be aware of, making it easier to report them to your healthcare provider. It can also be used as a treatment management notebook because it allows you to self-manage your medications and manage hospital visits.

When you are diagnosed with cancer or a blood disease and begin treatment, you will receive various explanations from your doctor and other healthcare providers. However, it is not easy to understand and remember such information when you may already be in shock.
