Hi Team I am using version .10 but after trying to update the latest version .14 it keeps blocking. When I tried on my another device, it keeps on restarting and won't allow to access my files. One more thing, what is wrong with your UI, customer services and issue ticketing system is not available. How to get support is nearly impossible

Works, but seems to require reinstalling app every once in awhile. I am a bit concerned about their VPN. Their os and app is also fishy. There's a 200gb drop that tries to download and it says "free gifts". I just think these companies would do better if they just used proven open source operating systems. Not only would they be more reliable, but more trustworthy, and would make users happier.

Latest firmware upgrade promt makes file transfer never end but rather duplicate the file without closing the transfer and saturate the hdd with incomplete files. It makes the whole NAS unusable Edit: Support team offered a rollback and that fixed everything, this speaks volumes about customer service and i understand errors can be made but the disposition to work on fixing them is what makes me give them 5 stars
