This app is available to you through the Well onTarget® Fitness Program, as a benefit of select Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) health plans.

Ratings and reviews

Where is the icon for the app? This is the only app I have to use from the Play Store. And as others mentioned I have to keep signing in. The app doesn't let you search via gym name you have to look on the map or list and go through each one just to see if the gym you want is included or to find a gym. I have honestly never come across a lesser put together app than this one. I'm impressed for all the wrong reasons.

I have never dealt with such a terrible app like this before. The app keeps crashing, and it makes it difficult to explore the studio options. I'm so glad I didn't invest in the more expensive membership because it's difficult to access on the app. I like the idea of the accessibility of all of the gyms, but the app makes it hard to even use it. please fix this app. I called customer support, and they said they don't have access to the app and to use the web version instead....

Login isn't saved. Must be inputted each time. For some reason, unable to login. Always says connection issue. membership card isn't useful to the gyms, and must make a seperate account with them. my suggestion is to go to the website, download a copy of the membership card or just save the membership number to give to the gym. The uptime for the app isn't reliable.
