Ratings and reviews

I got this app at least a year ago for easier access on my phone. It worked well for a while, and though it had some glitches that could have been improved I was happy overall. However, now it will never let me log in. I don't use it on my phone very often, I usually look online, but whenever I would try it would tell me that the information is unavailable at this time. This has been happening for months. It was convenient, now it's just disappointing.

The bad thing about this app is that if you don't login for a long time, it'll say it can't show any information. This seems to be a cache error or possibly a security feature poorly disguised. Anyway, I figured out if you logout and log back in, you don't have that issue. That being said, people in the middle of issues aren't troubleshooting. There needs to be a notice added explaining that they need to login again. I gave 4 stars because I can find what I need and the layout is intuitive.

For weeks now the app has been saying we have no claims in the last 24 months. We were issued a new member number (which is weird because Wellmark didn't notify us of a change or tell us why) and the app has the correct new number, but doesn't show claims and prior auths we know were done (we got paper documents mailed to us even though we signed up for paperless) and won't let us access anything on our old member number. We have the same problem on the website, so they are just all messed up.

What’s new

The latest myWellmark release includes a redesigned homepage and a new notification center for members to receive timely notices and alerts. Additionally, members can submit and view ratings and reviews for providers as they search for in-network care providers. Other updates include user experience enhancements and bug fixes.
