The app has been great so far, best messaging app by a distance. The recent changes are great. It can be improved upon though. With people belonging to so many groups these days, *groups chats need to be separated from individuals*. There should be option to change the default display menu colours and outlook. In short more customization option should be integrated.

When responding to messages through Android Auto, it does not acknowledge that I've read and/or responded to a message on the phone/app. My audio will slightly mute every one - two minutes to indicate I still have a message. I have to open the phone while I'm driving to acknowledge the message on my phone. Please fix that. It's been happening for almost a year.

It does not save draft text messages, a basic function of every text message app I've used since 2004. (Maybe it's because I go in and out of cell service?) I truly don't understand. Also It keeps forcing me to update and it changes my settings when doing so. It does not have it's own contact list so It cannot save contacts, it can only use contacts from other apps which I don't allow. Lame! In short, I can't trust it.

What's new
• You can now edit messages up to 15 minutes after sending. Long press a message and choose ‘Edit’ to get started. • Group chats show the profile photos of their participants. These features will roll out over the coming weeks. Thanks for using WhatsApp!
