After reinstalling it's still taking it's time to load all the information. My credit is still 12€+ but it won't book the 5€ option because of insufficient credit. I have the same problems on their website. Information loads slowly and 12 < 5. I wrote the support a week ago at 10am but I haven't gotten an answer except for the automated one telling me I would get personal support SHORTLY. I didn't get a response to my mail so I switched to a different provider, I'm not calling your feed hotline.

Edit(plz view "edit history" for context): I'm giving 5 Stars because of how *much* i love🩷 the service, but the App could still be better. Still no dark mode. I disabled fingerprint scan but still am forced to enter my password each time i quickly want to check something. This actually caused me to replace my super safe pw with a very short less safe but easy to enter one. That's counter productive and decreases security in the false name of increasing security. "g" plz stop deleting my review

Hello Makurafa, thank you for your review. We are very pleased that you like our app. The biometric data request when opening the app is only for your security and to protect your personal data. You can deactivate the query in the settings. Click the last icon in upper right corner in the app and scroll down to deactivate "biometrischer Login".

Reset preferences doesn't change anything. The app Is extremely slow, even if I'm connected to a WiFi. The contact form doesn't work (BTW: why do you have to ask for my name, mail and phone number in that form? If you already have the information??).

Hallo Alejandro Bizzotto, vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Schade, dass es nicht geholfen hat. Hast du über das Webportal Zugriff auf deine Daten? Funktioniert es dort besser? Was genau hakt beim Kontaktformular? Es fragt nach Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse und Auftragsnummer, um die Zuordnung zu erleichtern.
