YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! I paid for a subscription but couldn't activate my number due an error. I contacted them and they made no effort to help. When things went like this, I asked for a refund but they refused due "their policy." Bottom line, I lost my money. It was very obvious to them and they made no effort to help, and now they just ignore my emails. Update: After reviewing my transactions, it turned out they kept charging my card for 3 months even after cancelling my subscription

Warning! Scammed! I purchased a virtual number from Wabi under the guarantee that it would work for WhatsApp Business. The service failed to work at the time of purchase, and my previous attempts to reach your support team were ignored. It is not the customer's responsibility to perform technical troubleshooting with third-party entities (WhatsApp) to fix a defective product sold by Wabi. As a service provider, the burden is on you to provide a functional number or a prompt refund.

Terrible service. Total waste of money. I bought two different virtual numbers from Wabi and none of them worked. Both numbers were already registered to other phones and emails, making them completely useless. Customer support is practically non-existent and unresponsive. This is not a service issue — it’s a reliability failure. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here.
