YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! I paid for a subscription but couldn't activate my number due an error. I contacted them and they made no effort to help. When things went like this, I asked for a refund but they refused due "their policy." Bottom line, I lost my money. It was very obvious to them and they made no effort to help, and now they just ignore my emails. Update: After reviewing my transactions, it turned out they kept charging my card for 3 months even after cancelling my subscription

I've been using them for over 2years. There number works but I can't count how many times I've lost money to them. Sometimes you have to subscribe multiple times for same number. They have a very very very poor customer care service. They literally don't care about you or your business. They'll read your email and ignore it. I've been unable to access my account after my yearly subscription renewal and I've sent them several email explaining to them to help. But they just wouldn't respond again

I paid for a number, but after that, it didn't work at all. You can't register a simple whatsapp number bought from this app. It doesn't recognize sms deliveries, and when you receive calls, it doesn't pick up or save that call for which it has already added a function. Waste of money and time.
