YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! I paid for a subscription but couldn't activate my number due an error. I contacted them and they made no effort to help. When things went like this, I asked for a refund but they refused due "their policy." Bottom line, I lost my money. It was very obvious to them and they made no effort to help, and now they just ignore my emails. Update: After reviewing my transactions, it turned out they kept charging my card for 3 months even after cancelling my subscription

DO NOT install this app. Not even one star. Very bad customer service and I have been trying to email them regarding the fact that I do not receieve the code and they stopped replying. They just send you template emails. We have built a business with the number we baught from them for 3 years and all of a sudden all is gone. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SUBSCRIPTION AT ALL !!!

> BE CAREFUL BEFORE SUBSCRIBING! I paid for a subscription and was charged successfully, but I still haven't received my refund despite multiple requests. I contacted customer support several times, but the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and assistance has been very frustrating, especially since I urgently need my money back.
