Currently the app is malfunctioning, you can't forward message, edit messages etc, it is lagging, it's quite awful, this issues just started lately not like this when i first started using it

Easy to use and shows messages in real time

Good day, i am disappointed to have received a deduction on my bank account while I declined to subscribe, yet I Sis not authorize such. R499, 00 was deducted and this app was downloaded. I believe such happened because my information was stored on my Google pay, may I request a refund. Going through your product don't mean I give you authority to deduct such, even my back noticed me and I canceled with my bank but the money was already deducted. I need explanation on how that happened.
