Worked great until March 2025. App keeps crashing at start up after the recent update. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and have tried rebooting the phone multiple times. Reached out to wildfire tech support by email and unable to figure out a solution. Please help fix it soon! update: Wildfire IT contacted and all the possible fixes have been tried. My phone is from 2021 and may be a possible reason. stars changed for their attempt to help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: app isn't all that bad after finalizing initial log in through the website and verifying email. Still rated 3 stars for difficulty of initial use and unclear instruction. Edit 11/19 one star after being locked out of my account for updating the app- now asking for email and password login. another edit, 3/19 once again locked out due to a bug with the app, force closes while logging in. edit 3/24 now working well.

Hi Mike, we're sorry you are having difficulty logging into our app. If you've enrolled with your new credentials using the Digital+ website, please make sure your initial login is using the website to complete enrollment. 3-25 sure would be nice if I could access my banking info. the app crashes Everytime I try to open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and updated my phone, same issue. update April 13, still unable to open app and access my banking information. update April 18th and still can't use my app. May 27th, still unable to use my app. haven't had access to my banking information for over 2 months. this is ridiculous!
