I signed up for a 7 day trial but was then charged £31 for another month. Nowhere did it say I was signing up for longer. I've contacted them and all I've had is an automated response on how to cancel, I'd already done that. I've requested a refund but heard nothing. I signed up for our 7yr old with anxiety and excessive barking. It clearly said it would be tailored made. They lied!! I found myself sitting through ridiculous lessons on name recognition and sit. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Do NOT download. Have cancelled subscription but they have taken THREE further months of payment. Have contacted multiple times and have received ZERO responses. Edit - I have continually tried to log in but it keeps telling me 'Customer not found" so I can't even get in to cancel. It's incredible that this is the only way I can get a response as opposed to the multiple emails I have sent already.

Deceptive subscription – beware! The app turned out to be completely worthless – the content is shallow and not useful. I paid $29.99 for the first 3 months, used it only a few times, and forgot about it. After three months, they charged me another $59.99 without any warning. I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund through PayPal, but Gismart Limited refused to return the money. I feel scammed. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended!
