I paid for the 12 week trial but received nothing. I downloaded the app and there's no way to attach it to the account I just paid for. How do I get my money and cancel this spammer?

Just downloaded. I'll give a review in a few days. I will say so far so 👍 good. Definitely like the free trial if only it was longer. Can't have everything... lol

I tried the app at the introductory price of $11.99. but canceled before that month was over because I just cannot pay $49.99 a month for an app. But they have charged me $49.99 for the last 2 months, even though my subscription shows "inactive" on my end and the app keeps prompting me to sign up for premium so im clearly not signed up for premium if they are asking me to subscribe...and they are refusing to refund me the $100 even though it is clearly an issue on their end.
