horrible experience. everything the offer you can find anywhere. The first issue was how it started at $15 a month and then at 28 days you get charged $40. I used the app for maybe 4 days and found it annoying so since I didn't select auto renewal I thought I would let it run out. My lose right? Then when I got charged again and the transaction is pending they say in the assistant that I could get a refund and after offering transaction id, they tell me pretty much it's my fault.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This app features sneaky auto renewal! I signed up for an initial training program but found the app frustrating because you can't skip around, you can only progress in order of lessons and if you're having any problems specific to your dog, there's no way to address it. But while I'm happy to try new things and take full responsibility for my initial payment, their customer service refused to refund me almost $100 that they charged me for the auto renewal that I didn't want.

I downloaded the app because of a promotion where you'd get a refund for completing 30 consecutive days of training. I did everything required and emailed them at the end of the 30 days. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACT. Their little AI messenger is the only thing that responds and it can't help with the promo. the training works so if you're willing to pay the money for the training, go right ahead but if you're only willing to spend the money because of a promo, don't waste your time.
