Upon attempting to use the service, I immediately encountered severe technical and system login errors that prevented me from accessing or utilizing the styling services I paid for. I contacted the merchant's customer support team immediately to resolve the technical issue and request a cancellation and refund. While the merchant has confirmed via email that my subscription is now canceled, they have explicitly refused to issue a refund for this non-functional service.

The capsules are cute enough, and you are provided with links so that you can purchase the individual pieces, which is handy. But often when I followed the link, my size wasn't available. There aren't a lot of options for plus size. But if you wear standard sizes, it's worth a shot.

Stopped my subscription after 3 days. The outfits are either too basic or just not right. They look cheap and not fashionable at all. It did get better on the 3rd day after I rejected all the outfits previously and stopped my subscription, but I felt like I was helping train their AI instead of finding pieces that inspire or would benefit me. Also, they thought my eyes are grey based on the photo I submitted and there's no way to change the photo or colour profile. I don't recommend it.
