the internet service is great, but the app has a lot of connectivity issues. I really like the features that it provides, but the execution is not great. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it, and now it does not recognize my login credentials and when I follow the "forgot my password" link, it says I do not have and active account.

HEY WYYERD, YOUR APP SUCKS. It constantly gives the error that it's unable to connect at this time, and tells you to check that the app is updated to the latest version and to contact the service provider for assistance. When using the feature like pausing your kids tablet so they'll put it down and eat dinner, it takes forever to pause and to unpacked. It also doesn't adhere to the times you put in for restricting wifi access to your kids tablets.

I was a cox customer for over 15 years and didn't like how they switched to data plans. Once wyyerd became available, I decided to try them out. I've had wyyerd for about 3 months now and wow! The speeds, app, hardware are much superior in comparison to cox. To top it off, no data limits! From install to service, everything was a smooth easy process. Go with wyyerd, you'll be glad you did. Fiber is the way to go!
