App does not find the scale on Bluetooth. The android and Apple devices Bluetooth can see the scale on the network but cannot connect.

The app used to be so good but since I bought a new phone I cant sign in to my account and all my history is lost. I hope they update it and fix this issue..

I used to love this scale but currently it is Not Working and it keeps showing this massage even though the location permission is sat "to open bluetooth for searching devices the mobile system requires location permissions ans services"
