I have the older version of the Bolt and it works so much better than this newer version. I have had nothing but issues with the new one. For what you pay for the service it should work excellent. It is intermittent stating offline. The old version in the same location on the vehicle picks up the signal perfect. Can I exchange this new bolt to the old one? Also, battery life on New Volt is no where near the old Can you make so the owner of the device can ping the device when not responding?

So far I have put this app on my phone and got an email saying I put in the wrong code to enroll. I had to put in different numbers and was charged twice foe registering it. I'd better be getting a refund for one of the charges. And why do I have to wait two extra days to use this when the payment already went through? both payments!

Hi I've received a message from my tracker providers informing me that you guys been working very hard to so out my App crash problem. They have also informed me you have found a bug in the MapBox system and you guys asked them to look into the problem. Thank you very much to you and your team . PS STILL A GREAT APP.
