A buggy mess the quarter of the time that won't make your job impossible, just unnecessarily harder. As others have said, it will close loads early or just won't give you the option to upload your paperwork. Making you manually type in and upload it in the "Re-Scan" tab. Or if you try to look up a past load because dispatch needs clarification on something, the load will have disappeared. But the load before it will still be there.

The app constantly closes loads. Doesn't allow input after being updated, and lately has been having software issues weekly. Also there is no web access, check the website it is glitchy, only app access so there is no way to know if it is an app issue or cloud issue. Hasn't been updated since Nov 2020

August 12, 2025 this app needs an update. the system doesn't refresh or clear out completed dispatch. loads disappear.
