Advertised features aren't there. It claims to be able to top up your account, but it can't. This app is nothing more than a reporting dashboard.

Payment is available only in Russian rubles in the application. If there is a difficulty with payment in rubles, please email us at app-direct@support.yandex.ru and attach screenshots of the payment actions.
