Ratings and reviews

The recent firmware update for the Smooth Q4, combined with the app update to version 1.5.17, has made the subject follow very useable. You can now shoot in 4k at 60fps (if you turn on the experimental function), but you are still not able to utilise your phone's wide-angle lens, as the app only uses the main lens still on the phone camera, which is why I mark it as only 3 stars.

Works well with samsung m31 But can only record to internal memory. That means if you want to use it for long shoots, you can't store to the sd card (people have asked for this for many years). This makes it very difficult to use for anything other than tiny social media shots. I want to use it for weddings etc and zycami just can't do what I need. At least I can use the gimbal I bought with the native camera but without zycami I can't do any of the cool "follow" features etc. Disappointed!

Terrible from start to finish. I had the same installation problem as others. And trying to connect the device and create an account was maddening. Their system takes forever to send a verification code so by the time I would get it, it had expired. I tried 4 times...madness!!! Lessened learned check the quality of the app before you buy something like this. No more ZY for me after this nonsense. Fingers crossed I get my moneys worth out of this product.
