Awful communication by phone. Don't have their app. Can't seem to fix time on our hm ph so when people call---ph ALWAYS says received ph call at 3-5 hrs earlier or 3-5 hrs later than the actual time on the clock. On ph, get transferred over & over & over again. Lousy company for communication via ph. Don't know about the app. Sister pays for landline ph & internet. They offer NO fiber or cable TV & since Xfinity wants my "bank acct," every month, I dropped them! Got Roku instead-a lot better.

Great companion app to their business phone service. Works great!
