THIS APP USES THE DEVICE ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSION
Device Administrator rights are required for the application to perform and Ziply Fiber is using the respective permissions in full accordance to policies and with active consent by the end-user. The Device Administrator permissions are used for Parental Control features, in particular:

• Preventing children from removing the application without parental guidance
• Browsing Protection

THIS APP USES ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
This app uses Accessibility services. Ziply Fiber is using the respective permissions with active consent by the end-user. The Accessibility permissions are used for Family Rules feature, in particular:

• Allowing a parent to protect child from unsuitable web content
• Allowing a parent to apply device and apps usage restrictions for a child

With the Accessibility service applications usage can be monitored and restricted.

Ratings and reviews

It was working great for a while. It works ok for the virus area. But, for the monitoring area I keep getting this message of logging out, even when I'm trying to view the message and won't let me log back in. I have to exit the app then go back on. Tried to refresh the app but all it does is spin. Plus in areas it ask to reconnect but won't let me to reconnect. I tried to submit the issue or ask for help but there is no way to submit or ask for help. Not sure what to do at this point.

Terrible. It won't log in with my Ziply credentials. I finally gave up and pressed, 'forget password'. I never received an email to reset my password.

Don't even try, this app is garbage. It doesn't recognize my credentials. I'm seriously considering going back to Xfinity just so I have an app that actually works.
