the app is not working, the moment I select a destination the app shows a white screen like as if it's moving and it doesn't work

I stayed at Zostel Poombarai in a dormitory where five of us had booked the entire room. On the day of the incident, I left my black jacket on the bed with my OnePlus Buds Pro 3 (black) earbuds inside. When I returned from exploring Guna Cave, I found my jacket had been moved into the locker, but my earbuds were missing. The cleaning staff denied taking anything, but it is unclear how my jacket was shifted while the earbuds disappeared. This was the last place I had them, so they taken.

The app is lagging these days a lot, it has gotten slower, the pictures don't load so we can't see the property photos properly, or the room we're trying to book which is killing the ultimate purpose of booking.
