Ratings and reviews

I recently added a 2nd property and was surprised to find that the app doesn’t let you toggle between dashboards or calendars. Since I’m always on the go and rarely have access to a desktop, I rely heavily on the app to manage my listings, so this has been challenging. It would also be great to have an option for instant booking that applies only to guests with strong reviews, while all others would need to send a booking request. On a positive note, I do appreciate the ability to add a video.

Update 12/25. I STILL cannot upload photos!! I have not been able to for some time now. I've allowed the permissions it needs, but it will not show photos to select from any source. I've also experienced other glitches, including messaging, and the organization is terrible. I often have to go on the web to accomplish anything. Very inconvenient.

If you have more than 1 property, the app doesn't let you toggle between dashboards. This is a huge problem. I don't want to have to go to a desktop site to look at my calendar or respond to an inquiry. I just chatted with support who suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and now 10 minutes later still cannot get anything to load in the app!! Literally nothing is loading or working now! I do like that they are going to add a video option at some point, and the 3 photo search layout.
