It would be nice if there was only one app to use for guests and hosts instead of one app for each. Also, there are a lot of things I can't access on my app that I have to go to the computer to change, for example. Many of the property details can only be changed from the computer. Thanks for your work so far! Keep improving your site and apps! You can catch up to AirBnb!
There are several options listed for responding to a guest. Unfortunately, only one option actually works and it is the one that sends a payment request! How presumptuous would an owner seem by sending a payment request when someone just asked a simple question! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least I can see my calendar and see the inquiry. But my real needs... responding appropriately to potential guests...are not being met at all. Please fix this.
Cant be said enough DO NOT waste your time with this app. Un-usable frustrating, and from the reveiws i habe been reading it seems like an ongoing problem that they either refuse to address or are too dumb to correct. To the people that made this app : quit. Just quit.
Basic functions not working. I can't add a reservation. It's says it fails to add without any more info ???
I have never had any problems with the VRBO app until they changed the ownership. After I left the FlipKey after their system "improvements" (so did many other owners) I was praying that the VRBO will remain as it is - efficient, convenient and effective. I am not sure now. Expedia should have left the old VRBO model. I tried to see where my property is listed and it's not even on the mobile app map. And I paid the platinum subscription. Updating my review.... every time HoneAway adds some kind of "beneficial feature" I want to cry. It is so much more difficult to use, that I have to resort to the computer to simply answer to an inquiry. But they rate you on your 24 hour response!!!
Not only lack of functions but the basic functions are not working properly - while I still trying to discuss with a guest the app sent out approval already. Be aware!
