The application is completely not working at all. First I had several issues trying to login. Next once I was finally able to login, nothing was loading, and every single button was throwing an error. Absolute garbage of an app. What's the point of charging your hosts all those fees if you all can't even have the simplest of functions working properly. Very dissapointed to the point that I'm about to pull my listing off this platform.

This app is still garbage. It's buggy, doesn't respond or refresh. For years now, it's been this way, and it's mind-boggling how they can't fix it. Also, vrbo has become more aggressive with fees, penalties for owners, and onerous rules and regulations. It's a matter of time before a competitor eats their lunch. Update: renter trying to contact me via the app regarding an immediate issue. I'm unable to "refresh" to bring up my conversations. This app is absolutely criminal.

App has been quite glitchy (especially in uploading photos), and support was unhelpful in correcting a problem I had with my first booked stay. I have been told to expect a call from Vrbo, which never came. In addition, all but the one booking that messaged us were scammers using the exact same script. Edited to 1 star as our second booking is getting errors leaving a review, and Vrbo reps don't understand what I'm saying again, and I couldn't understand her as the microphone was all muffled.
