After more than 6 months of production delays, we finally got the headset device. The company offered a free year of subscription to their app, but you rhave to renew it quarterly. After the first quarter (which was free), the subscription charged me a monthly fee. The hardware is VERY buggy. Charging doesn't stay consistent, so I never knew if it was going to be ready to go for a workout.

I had three sets and all three sets broke after daily use after about 4 months. The first set was under warranty and I was able to swap for the second set for a new set. When the second set fizzled out, I was not able to swap it but was offered 20% off the third set. The third set is prob the worst- it fizzled out the fastest and has the worst sound quality. Pretty disappointing for the price and the hype and now I'm stuck with a set of bone conducting head sets that I don't work and I can't

The free trial was great! The workouts are motivating and the variety is enjoyable. Fast forward to purchasing the subscription, the app would not register that I purchased, but kept saying I already have an active subscription. I contacted Zygo as it was outside of the Google Play refund window. It has been a month of slow emails, and they finally told me to request a refund from Google Play. Google Play has told me that it's not eligible and to protect my account from accidental purchase.
