"aib i-Banking" is a digital platform for Shariah based Islamic banking.
It provides numerous banking features for the valuable customers of "Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC (AIB PLC)".
Now AIB PLC's customers can access banking facilities from anywhere anytime through "aib i-Banking" mobile app.
This app offers a wide range of features such as account balance inquiry, account statement, fund transfer, credit card bill payment, utility bill payment etc.
Through "aib i-Banking", users can apply for a new bank account as well with the "Rapid account" menu.
Account holders can very easily register to "aib i-Banking".

Required Permissions:
Location: To use Binimoy feature. User location is not stored or used anywhere else.
Camera: For image capture (self portrait for new account opening). For scanning QR code during Bangla QR payment.
Contacts: For providing support to the client's we save the contacts of delegated officials. Client needs to add contacts as beneficiary number for fund transfer.

Ratings and reviews

The worst thing is that it doesn't have options to add credit cards, except bill payment from bank accounts. There is no option to check bill, transaction report and other related but essential facilities. if other banks do, why don't add those facilities.

I was using the mobile app for years, two weeks ago suddenly AIBL i banking app got issues with login. After login in my account, submitting the pin the app says "Your device is not registered. Please, register your device first to get our service", then I press register & submit the OTP, then the app fails to login & shows an error message as " something went wrong". I have attached the screenshot to this email. I called the contact center they asked me to clear the cached data but didn't work

The app is pretty good,, but the opening and running time was long,,, there are many features, no mobile recharge option and no option to transfer cash and rocket. I hope they add these in the future.
