Unsustainable & laborious system. I ordered 20+ items in one order. Over 6 days, I received 1-4 SEPARATE deliveries per day, some of only 1 ITEM, min 2 plastic bags each. How is a person meant to avail themselves for 6 full days? Then returning bad quality and wrong items because of their lack of system, you have to log a ticket manually on their website and hunt SKU's in your emails - you can't return through the app, and you have to go in store to exchange, which defeats the point. I'm done.

Great variety of clothing for all budgets, and delivery can be faster than expected. Couriers collect returns quickly. Donwside: A single order can arrive in batches - quite frustrating. The return process is slow as each item must be logged separately via slow chatbot. The generic size chart is inaccurate, causing me to send back all items. No exchanges, only reorders. Well stocked, but overall not a great user experience.

the app is good, tons of brands to choose from. I have two complaints though. The first being that all your items may not be delivered on the same day. this means I had to go collect five different items, five different times, which honestly just feels like a waste of time. Secondly, if a product is available at a shop near you, they still source it from the furthest point. This makes zero sense to me, surely you'd cut delivery times if you just sourced from the nearest location
