I don't know what it is. I got a new phone, installed the app, but it won't let me log in at all. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Had a system update, hoped it would fix the problem. It didn't 💔. I can access the web of course but using the app is easier. I have it on my tablet & it works fine. However, I'm not always on my tablet. I even asked my hubby to download it & see if it worked for him. IT DOES! I don't get it.

It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

This app started off good when I got it a few years ago but lately it's wonky as hell. It erases orders, makes it difficult to sign in, and it glitches badly. I'm sure customers spend more money online than in-store, so please fix this asap. Thanks in advance! UPDATE: 5/23/25- The app is still wonky and not working correctly. Also, I never get any special offers or discount emailed to me, even though I've given my email address several times.
