It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

I don't know what it is. I got a new phone, installed the app, but it won't let me log in at all. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Had a system update, hoped it would fix the problem. It didn't 💔. I can access the web of course but using the app is easier. I have it on my tablet & it works fine. However, I'm not always on my tablet. I even asked my hubby to download it & see if it worked for him. IT DOES! I don't get it.

Product info and fragrance notes should be front and center. This app is frustrating and definitely needs improvement. Beyond the app itself, the inventory system is a major issue. Once again, I visited the store to buy two specific body sprays that were listed as in stock, unsurprisingly, they weren't there. I tried picking two different ones, also shown as available at this location, and again, none of the items I needed were actually in stock. It's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient.
