Good communicator and well done on integrating across different platforms, but app is buggy, sign up is slow and too many otp are required to complete community connection process. App is often delayed and verification actions performed may take more than 24hrs to take effect. Detail changes such as email address updates were only implemented after 3 days

Hi Pi-Ying,
Thank you! Our logs indicate your OTP's were delivered seconds after being sent, so any delay may be on your mobile providers network.
Profile updates are instant but student updates must be approved by the school, which may explain the delay.
