It is good and serving very well. But at times you cut off the light before expiring date and this is disgusting. Kindly adjust this. What is redeem points, how do i utilise it?

it only show payment history and taken numbers that already used and also show balance . so according to my self is not working effective because there is a payment option that is not working and vidoes of how to pay is not appearing event product name is not appearing. no EFT option to make payment

this app is very inconveniencing you can pay your phone before it's locked then when time reaches for last payment to lock the phone locks even if it has been paid ......and you must use data to unlock... what if hakuna pesa ya data no WiFi.....kwa app pia hakuna options mmeeka enye mtu anaeza tumia to buy data ..... rating it 1 star ..... possibly ata naeza ipea no star ⭐..... it's really boring... disgusting
