I went to log in to the app, I just wanted to add some principal amount to my autopay and the app updated. Once this happened I have not been able to get into my account. It throws me into a wicked loop sending me emails to verify then when it takes me back to enter the code it just starts the whole process over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. You better test this better before you put an app out live, I DO NOT like not having access to my financial information!

I have this app to manage my mortgage, but it has recently changed. I have the 2-way authentication feature, and it is not linking up to it. With all the passwords I have, it's difficult to remember each one. Can someone look into this issue. Maybe someone is trying to fix what is not broken. That application should have been left as it was working excellent now it has issues. One unhappy customer!

After logging in, it just takes you the site to log in again. Not user friendly at all and navigating through the interface is a headache. Not worth installing.
