About this app

The DCC-App (detect, collect, compare) is used to identify suspicious birthmarks or skin spots (up to 15), collect and locate them precisely on a body diagram, and make photo documentation to compare them over predefined periods of time. In addition, you can add information and descriptions of each individual skin spot.

By choosing the reminder interval, the App reminds you to look at the skin spots again and create comparison photos. If you see a difference between the older and newer photographs when comparing them (e.g., a different size or color of the skin spot), you have the option to contact us directly through the App to make an appointment, or to get advice via a dermatological online portal. If you don’t see any differences when comparing the photos, you can set a new, longer-term reminder interval.
