the app itself is heading in the right direction, except for the fact that they no longer post our imaging results -just accompanying remarks. this is a disservice as we pay good money for the results IN FULL! Also, why have an e check-in if you're still going to make patients check in once they arrive? because they also have an "I'm here" option. seems with both of those you shouldn't need to also see the front desk, and then the registration desk. that just took a lot longer than it should.

I love having eguthrie to monitor all of my health . A couple of months they change the app. I used to be able to get on eguthri and see my images if I had a CT scan or MRI and they took that ability away. If you asked me, that was the biggest mistake.I'm get a lot of images being processed and the discs in the waste of materials and people have to call and call and call to try to get them. Please please bring back images on your app!

Hello, the app is great but has some issues that are frustrating. 1. Billing is the worst setup. Doesn't give any options for cash or curae. 2. This causes a person to not finish the check-in process. 3. The reminders for vaccines and referrals never go away even after they're done. It's great for allowing us to put all information in our calendar.
