Ratings and reviews

since the update on the 14th, there is a requirement to reset your password before login, but if a user has not updated their Advent Health portal app, this might not be obvious to them because there is no indication on the login form that they need to update their app. this might be a good quality of life feature to add if you can still push notifications like that to the older app.

Once I am logged in, I usually can get my information. However, the app logs out randomly and I have to log back in (multifactor security) and the app doesn't load, continuing to want me to log in and verify multiple times, often freezing and not sending a verification code (3 times just now) I was in the middle of a billing letter and gave up. This is a patient portal that should behave easily. Very disappointed as this is the only way to access my information.

Can not log in on the website, so I downloaded the app. Wanted me to turn on 2 factor id, would not let me log on without it. Set it up, then it crashed. Tried to log in with said 2 factor id, it crashed. Tried again, made me set up 2 factor id again, then crashed, and so on. I still can not log in! I read in a previous review that the bugs were fixed, but they are not!
