The AdventHealth app is extremely frustrating to use. Biometric login tends to get stuck loading forever. I often get loading errors. No matter how many times I click "remember this device", it never remembers. I get signed out after only a few minutes of inactivity. If you're going to offload customer assistance and communication to technology, at least ensure the technology actually works.

Terrible app. Gets worse with each update. More often than not, it crashes as it is opening. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it more times than I can remember. I can't even accomplish reading a test result. Just as I open report, the app crashes before I can read the first line! I've decided to ease my frustration with this app by strictly using the web based MyChart (Epic). MyChart is dependable, easy to use and I can access all of my providers by easily switching between organizations.

I was enjoying the app. It made contacting my extremely busy PCP much easier. I'm editing my review bc I can't seem to get into my account after entering the OTP, which shouldn't be necessary bc I've set up my biometrics, and there's no submit button or a way to continue logging in. No updates available and force closing the app didn't help either. 😔👎🏻
