Ratings and reviews

The app is good in seeing lab and test results that have completed. Able to see my health management plan. Having an issue where the blue banner is covering over Search options and other information. I also have a blue dot indicating new items such as lab results, but I cannot refresh the screen once I reached 27 results.

The he app may eventually work ok, but initially it wastes time by requiring you to watch a 10 minute video for dummies. The app had me signing in multiple times and even though I previously watched the video, because I had to, it now wants me to view it again and there is no way to circumvent it! Terrible IT! I'll use the website version.

It does not send me notifications whenever my doctor sends me a message on the portal. I don't get any notifications. I have loaded in uninstalled and then loaded the app again to try to reset it. I've gone into my settings to make sure that the the permissions are allowed this app. Sucks It does not let me know when my doctor has responded or has sent me the message or anything and I am disabled. So i never know when I get the notification. It could be days before I find out
