Your app said my clothes would be picked up today 3-5 p.m., then 5-7 p.m., then, tomorrow 6-8 a.m. I won't be available tomorrow at that time. I'm trying to modify the time to pick up the clothes and can't find a way. It seems like my Only option is to Cancel the order, which I don't want. It took me time to include all the details and if I cancel the order, it was a Waste of my time! I'm Very upset with your app. I didn't find a way to get Customer support... For me, your app is 0 stars

I used to use the service all the time and was very happy. I have referred tons of friends because I loved it so much. I took a break but when I returned I was disappointed to see that now they've implemented a subscription model. I feel like the bare minimum of paying someone to do your laundry is requesting what temperatures they're washed and dried at. Now that's a premium feature. I'll be trying other laundry apps that don't nickel and dime.

I pay the membership to have same day service but haven't been able to get any service in over 2 weeks. Their no longer seems to be enough service in my area and I typically tip very well. Sadly I did like the service when it worked. CS gave me a $12 credit after asking why no one was available but I gave them another week and a half and nothing still, I'll have to find a new service.
