I rarely leave negative reviews, but people need to be warned about my experience with Hamper App. This company was completely unprofessional from start to finish. As a first-time customer, I was supposed to be charged approximately $40 with a 20% new-customer discount. Instead, I was charged $71 with no clear explanation of the additional charges. Communication throughout the entire process was nonexistent. I received no updates when my laundry was picked up, no notifications about the status

I just downloaded this app upon referral from my laundromat. I was told there would be a monthly subscription option but there isn't. The app contains no instructions or information. It doesn't tell you what laundromat is being used for your service. I also noted that the pricing is higher than if I ordered laundry pickup directly from my laundromat. This app sounded good but proved disappointing. At least I wasn't bombarded with ads, that is one positive thing I can say.
