ISpy is completely unreliable, the map interfaces don't work properly. Seems like almost every time they update the system it fails and you have to call technical support to re upload the system. Requested technical support 3 times now no one answers the phone anymore and you just get email messages. When I pointed out the consistent problems talking to the programmer he told me that I needed to follow them on Facebook WHY? Is it money for clicks? We desperately a more reliable working system.

CONSTANTLY crashes now. needs to be fixed ASAP! I think it's silly that you can't take screenshots. You need info to write reports, which you will always have access to that info anyway, so why block it? You are just making it harder to write reports. very unreliable, missed calls, and various other issues listed in other reviews. stick to your papers.

The original version of this app was probably the best on the market. Now, since the 'upgrade,' it is now close to the bottom due to the constant problems with non notifications, crashes, poor mapping and tracking, and inability to change alert sounds from a little ding-dong to something that would get your attention. I have had to go back to my fire pager in order to make sure I get the calls, because I can't trust this app to do it now.
