So far I've spent 3 hours trying to get the app to turn the camera on I plugged think the camera then a yellow light comes on. go to the app and there is no start button or anything to where you can actually turn it on to see tge live my credit card information so do I have to do the credit card information before I can view the camera. so far I'm not impressed with the app. it's obvious what they did here. it wants ur money 1st. but I want ti try it first before I buy the view 24/7 feature

I bought four cameras and paid for a year subscription of five cameras with 15-day saved events. 11 days later they told me my subscription had expired and I no longer have access to view any events, only my life camera feed, and one camera at a time. I have emailed them and kami cloud with no success to restore my subscription plan. They're a rip off and I wish I never bought the cameras.
