About this app

[jo: ga] is for you who want to train effectively, strengthen your body and create balance and peace of mind - and now you can practice the yoga you know from the studies at home. It's both easy and fun with [jo: ga] GO.

Choose between power flows, restore / yin, FIT classes or courses with a focus on specific exercises. All you have to do is find your yoga mat and let the skilled teachers you know guide you through classes of either 20, 40 or 60 minutes.

Power Flows
The instructors represent and combine different yoga styles, and you will no doubt feel strong and balanced afterwards. It does not matter what level you are at - power flows are for everyone.

Restore / yin
Will make you feel completely relaxed. The app offers various restore and yin classes, where deep stretches and meditative yoga help you find peace and relaxation.

FIT
FIT classes bring sweat to the forehead. With elements from both yoga and fitness, you will find a selection of fun and challenging exercise programs. You do not need weights to attend a FIT class.

Course (what should we call this in Danish?)
The app also offers a range of videos focusing on specific skills. Maybe you want to try standing on your hands? Or do you need help relaxing a specific body part? Follow your favorite series and do what's best for you and your body.
