Installation Guide:

1. Install the mLite app on your device.
2. Register an account as a parent.
3. Install mLite on your child’s device.
4. Choose the “child” option on the setup screen.
5. Allow location and contact sharing.
6. Connect both devices by scanning a QR code or using a family link from the parent’s device.

Important: mLite is intended for parental control only, and can only be used with the consent of both the parent and child. The app cannot be installed without the knowledge of the child, and all data collected is handled in strict accordance with GDPR and privacy regulations.

It works to sort of know the location, but only half of the texts calls emails etc show up. Most of the time it doesn't upload anything new and to access the things advertised like the microphone and camera, you have to pay extra as well as install a whole new app. It was over 100 dollars for the subscriptions and was extremely disappointing for the cost. The best feature was the key log. It tracked every key pushed even if they didn't send it. I had to uninstall & reinstall several times.

I've never gotten all the features to work, and the ones that do work only do so intermittently. Customer service/ tech support takes days to respond and never has any helpful or specific suggestions. Just the same canned response every time telling you to uninstall and reinstall the apps on both phone and set the permissions. It's ridiculous!

The service is disappointing. Initially, they advertise a subscription fee, but to access features like microphone and camera, additional charges apply. Upon opening the app. They claim of locating a phone by entering a number which u grant them access and its misleading; after entering the number, a subscription window immediately pops up, devoid of any free or single-number trial options. The overall cost is excessive, and better alternatives are available with other programs or apps..
