Ratings and reviews

Attemted call to me poped up on my phone, but no audio notification and pressing the answer button didn't work - common concern. So I attempted to call back and my audio was not heard. Hung up and retried again -- the call was flawless. All the while I had strong wifi signal and high speed. This was a call from the US to the Philippines initially and in the other direction twice. Because of that, I give 3 stars. Free apps like Whatsapp work better. Magic Jack needs to step up it's investment

Having trouble receiving 2 step verifications on my home phone connected to my magic device from companies or businesses I use that up until recent, went threw fine. My phone would ring and I would answer. It's from a 7 digit #. Please correct the problem. Otherwise the service is good except the occasional drop in calls. I have had it many yrs. It would also be great to be able to block and unblock calls using the app. and not have to go online to do so.

Update 02Feb23: App only allows one sign in. Originally, I had it on my tablet and phone at the same time. Upgraded to 2 stars because the incoming calls actually work on my tablet - for now. Update 13Apr22: Now the text messages are not coming through. Ugh! Original post: Doesn't always ring on the app. App closes without notice. Unable to get phone calls until someone complains to me, then I have to go in the app and fix whatever you guys blocked. I don't have time to keep updating this app.
