as someone else pointed out, it seems you can only buy a subscription by the year. the first options after installing are to get a week free then a year. or a month for 8.99, then a year. it would nice if there was an immediate option to sign up on a monthly basis. instead of having to go into the settings to switch later on

early in the app, but so far the techniques are effective. The interface in the rooms is a little frustrating, however, because the navigation circle gets stuck at the bottom of the screen and finally you can't back up. if the circle just stayed in one place, it would work a lot better.

Intro lesson done, I'm impressed and would be so excited if they offered a monthly payment plan instead of only a yearly one. Unfortunately it's way out of reach but I decided to check it out for the hopefully not too distant future when I'm able to afford it. The first technique was thought provoking and it immediately felt doable and usable in every day life with some additional training.
