I want my money back This app is useless. Why has the feature to get a refund disappeared? Please give me my refund. I don't know why this is being so highly. It is not helpful. Better off just reading the book. So expensive I really tried to like it but it just really doesn't help with anything. Even the crisis meditation! Pathetic.
Extremely useful app. I like the periodic reminders during the day to focus on a single thing, like my breathing, like my feet pressing into the ground, ways to pause my highly active thought machine for 15 to 30 seconds and connect with the present. I also like the guided meditations. Ways to slow myself down, reconnect with my values, and then take actions that are aligned with those values.
I like, but.... The app is great, but the notifications aren't working correctly on a Samsung Note 3. I see the note but can't find a way to expand the text. Update: Developer contacted me and told me the aetting to change. Awesome!
Can't see the full notifications On a samsung phone the notification is not fully displayed. If you select the notification it disappears. If this was fixed I would be really happy with the app
Unable to open app I am really interested in exploring this app, content sounds great, however I am unable to open the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. I have tried to open multiple times with no success.
This app has tons of features that are helpful--so many that it may take a while for me to use them all. I don't always get this much bang for my buck, and the developer is incredibly communicative, such as when I reported a bug and he gave me some advice. They also update it--rather promptly, I'd say--to fix crashes(which mine had on the Moto G4, apparently a problem some other owners of that phone had.) ACT in general is a therapy that so far is working for me in regard to accomplishing more things in life I'd been wanting to. This app has tons of guided meditations, journal-like features to help you track your rate of progress with things important to you, and reminders of how you can become more mindful and not be as bogged down by emotional pain, depression, and/or anxiety. I recommend ACT for those who have such problems, as well as this app based on it!
