The updates made it worse. Firstly, calls can only be answered in speaker mode and for Android devices, when the watch user calls you, it is impossible to answer the calls. I gave the customer service feedback on this more than 6 months ago, they did not fix it. Now, it also keep sending blank notifications to your phone. Not recommended.

These are next to useless, save your money. The whole idea is that to allows your child to call or message you. This can be done via the app but only if the contact (the adult) is signed into the app. If your session times out you won't know it and your child won't be able to call you. You're better off with nothing, at least you won't be surprised when they can't call you.

My boy was delighted with his myFirst Fone watch. The happiness is short-lived. Basically, the software stop working after a month. I am automatically log out, can't log in again, can't reset password or re-register. Everytime when the app ask for code verification send to my emails, key them in and the app will say invalid code, tried 20 odds times without success. Watch still can use for call but functions that use the app directly like GPS and video call is totally out. Buy at your own risk.
