The app rarely work and currently I am unable to open the application. There is no issue with my phone, but there are always problems logging in and it always seems like there needs to be an update. Please fix the issues. One final point, I do not have, nor do I want a twitter account, please fix the issues, rather than expecting people to sign up to other platforms just to contact your help desk.

Hi, mohon maaf atas kendala yang dihadapi, untuk pengecekan lebih lanjut bisa langsung menghubungi Twitter @myXLCare atau login ke FB cari myXL lalu pilih menu XL Care atau bisa juga melalui aplikasi myXL versi terbaru dengan memilih menu Lainnya (More), lalu pilih Hubungi Kami (Contact Us) ya :)

Bad service in the circle features. It doesn't work properly. My wallet is already deducted, and the app transaction history itself said that it was already paid, but day after day, I didn't get my quota. Been complaint many times, but ended up no response til the end. I don't see why you are not ready about the features, yet still having such a brave to release them is diabolical.

App is completely trash, so many errors. UI is not that bad but not that good. still found glitches. Also, any transactions information is not directly updated. like seriously? Packages are so expensive and 28 days?? what the hell. cmon, you better than this. or just get a new development team..
