This is for the second time I'm experiencing that videos are not playing neither on my tablet (samsung s6 lite) nor on my phone , on both the devices it's showing widevine DRM not supported. Now what am I supposed to do it's been very frustrating. I've mailed them but no solution has yet been made . Disappointed 😞. Regretting after taking subscription.

I have no complaints regarding the faculty but the technical team is so ' fuddu' man ...why on earth would someone make the notes section not zoomable , I mean you can't zoom and scroll at the same time , every time I need to scroll I have to zoom out , THIS IS JUST IRRITATING. It' s very difficult to read and scroll through the notes on the phone, PW's meded is so good in this technical matter . Another thing is sometimes 10s skip doesn't work on this app I don't know why . FIX IT PLEASE !

These guys every year are giving new versions , ok that's good but I bought the hardcopy notes of prep 6.0 and I want to study from those videos of prep 6.0 but now they are removing all content of prep 6.0 from the app , I don't want you guys to remove the prep 6.0 , I took the subscription for 4 years , so it's my right to get prep 6.0 version videos on the app itself , help ASAP!!!!!!
